REQUEST

You can benefit from direct access to your organisation's ACCPAC for Windows server from remote locations.  ActiveInbox gives you access through your email account to ACCPAC financial reports 24 hours a day at any time.

RETRIEVE

You can request a report directly through the ActiveInbox menu, which contains either ACCPAC or customised Crystal Reports pre authorised for each user.  The ACCPAC ActiveInbox database then delivers the most up to the minute financial report you selected straight to your email inbox. The email format you select is your choice.

RECEIVE

Accessing the requested financial reports is simple. All you have to do is go into you email inbox and retrieve them.  This system improves the accuracy of information improving your knowledge and allowing you to respond quickly. Your on the road executives will also experience improved productivity and efficiency and inhouse the accounting department has less pressure on them.
