Automatic routing of incoming faxes is a beneficial feature of FaxWare.  It allows all faxes received to be automatically routered into a central archive,  allowing you to drag and drop documents to send to one or several people.  It is also possible to give authorisation to those people within the organisation who you wish to be able to access and edit your faxes.
